Whitening:  The process of lightening the teeth through a time and concentration of a peroxide based system.  It can be offered chairside such as in the Zoom process or similar results can be attained by tray whitening in a custom fitted tray.  Whitening happens in a time and concentration basis.  The teeth may need a touch up from time to time so many people choose to have the zoom process done along with making of trays in order to ensure stable results.

Crowns:  A protective cover bonded to the tooth in order to provide support to chewing surfaces.

Veneer:  A thin laminate of porcelain custom crafted in the laboratory to change the color, shape, alignment of the teeth.  They are also very beneficial to replace large white discolored fillings in the front teeth.  We generally have a laboratory do a custom esthetic preview of what the changes will look like, designed with the help of the patient in order to their preferences.  We believe it is important to have a prototype of what is possible to make sure the new look is to our client's requests.

Fillings:  They are designed to fill the gap created by decay or missing tooth structure.  They may be made of silver or white materials.

Implants:  Titanium cylinders placed into the mouth creating an artificial tooth root.  This can be used to help stablize a denture or replacing one or several  missing teeth.

Bridge:  Several crowns bonded together in order to replace one or several missing teeth.

Bite splint:  A plastic piece custom designed to help support the jaw joint or  separate the teeth in order to prevent damage to the teeth and help to create harmony in the muscles.

Digital radiography:  X-rays taken without film automatically loaded into our computer, which can be enlarged in order for patients to see their cavities, bone heights or abscess formation.
